ORYN

Product — Knowledge

Answers with their evidence attached.

Retrieval, structure and memory that keep every decision anchored to source material rather than to a model’s recollection of it.

  • Retrieve
  • Understand
  • Connect
  • Remember
  • Ground

Grounding is the product

A confident answer with no provenance is a liability in any setting where the answer matters. Every claim ORYN produces can be traced back to the document, record or system it came from, and an answer that cannot be grounded is reported as exactly that rather than smoothed over.

Retrieval

Hybrid search across documents, structured records and live systems — not a single vector index pretending to be a knowledge base.

Structure

Entities and the relationships between them are extracted and kept, so a question about how two things relate does not become a text search.

Memory

What was established earlier stays available later, scoped to the people and workflows entitled to see it.

Permissions travel with the data

A knowledge layer that ignores access control is a data leak with a search box. Retrieval in ORYN is filtered by the requesting identity before results are ever assembled, so a system cannot summarise its way around a permission boundary.

Freshness you can reason about

Every retrieved item carries when it was last verified. A decision made on a six-month-old contract should look different from one made on this morning’s data, and the system should be the thing that says so.

Worth knowing

  • Retrieval quality is bounded by source quality. ORYN surfaces gaps and contradictions rather than resolving them silently.

  • Grounding reduces fabrication; it does not eliminate it. Citations are provided so claims can be checked, not so checking becomes unnecessary.
